You can order a credit check on any corporation located within Canada. To process your request you need to provide us with the following:

• The company's name and address (please include city and postal code)
• The owner's name and address (only if requesting a personal file on the owner)
• Social Insurance or Social Security Number/ Date of Birth (only if requesting a personal file on the owner)

To order a credit report, simply follow the 3 steps outlined below:

STEP 1

Download, fill out, and sign the Membership Application. This will provide us with the contact information necessary to open a customer account for you. (If you have used our services before and already have a customer number, please skip this step)

STEP 2

Download and fill out a Credit Report Request form.

STEP 3 

Fax all forms to us at (1-800-284-8911)
or send via E-mail (info@creditco.ca).

We will process your request and send you the report via fax or E-mail. We will also contact you to review the report and answer any questions you may have. (Note: For security reasons we are unable to email Credit Reports to Hotmail or Yahoo accounts)

Credit checks are processed Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 6:00PM Pacific Standard Time. Requests are usually processed within the hour.
